Visit Us
Coming on Sunday?
We meet every Sunday at 11:00am at Millbrook Community Centre in Larne.
Church can feel like a big step when you are new. We will keep this simple: come as you are, take any seat, and stay as long as you feel comfortable.
The service usually lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Drumahoe Road, Millbrook, Larne, BT40 2PF. Open in Google Maps.
There is parking outside the centre, and the nearby park and ride is a short walk away. Please be mindful of our neighbours.
There is one fully accessible entrance. Someone from the welcome team will be there to help you find your way.
Finding us
Parking, entrance, and a friendly face.
Parking
There is parking outside the community centre. The nearby park and ride is also a short walk away.
Entrance
Use the main fully accessible entrance to the community centre.
Welcome team
Someone will be there to say hello, answer questions, and help you settle in.
When You Arrive
You can take any free seat in the rows. There are no reserved seats and no special place for visitors to sit.
There is also a short time of prayer at 10:45am in the committee room. You are welcome to join that, but most people simply arrive a few minutes before 11:00am.
Children Are Welcome
Children are welcome in the service. During the morning, there is usually an opportunity for children to go out to creche or Sunday School during term time.
If your child would rather stay with you, that is completely fine. Please do not worry about noise, movement, or needing to step out for a moment.
What Happens In The Service
Our Sunday service is a relaxed gathering for the whole church. We sing together, pray for people and situations close to home and further away, and listen to teaching from the Bible.
The music is led by our musicians as worship, not as a performance. The Bible teaching is there to help us learn more about God and what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
After the service, there is usually tea, coffee and treats. You are welcome to stay and chat, or head off whenever you need to.
No Awkward Surprises
- You will not be asked to stand up or speak from the front.
- You do not have to give money. We do not pass an offering plate during the service.
- There is no dress code. Most people dress casually.
- If you are nervous, we can arrange for someone to meet you outside or in the car park.
Some Sundays Are A Little Different
On the first Sunday of each month, we usually share breakfast or brunch together and often hear someone's story, or from a guest speaker on a helpful topic for faith and life.
On the last Sunday of each month, we usually share communion together. If you are visiting or unsure, you are welcome simply to observe.
Next step
Come along when you are ready.
If you have a question before Sunday, we would be glad to help.
